Please read the ToS below before submitting a form for a commission.

GENERAL:

  • Original Characters only. I will not create art of trade marked, or licensed characters (i.e. Pikachu, Bowser).
  • I retain the right to refuse a commission if it’s not something I wish to draw at that time upon receiving your request.
  • I retain the right to refuse any requests if I feel the content is inappropriate (i.e. excessive violence, illegal behaviour).
  • A payment of at least 1/3 of the total commission quote is requested as a deposit.
  • You will get a 3 week/21 day grace period post completion of the artwork to request any changes. Significant changes, may incur may an additional fee at my disgression (examples of signicant changes: clothing redraw, complete re-color, overhaul of expression(s), etc.)
  • I retain the right to charge an alteration fee at the rate of $20/hour.

COPYRIGHT AND COMMERCIAL USE:

  • Unless otherwise agreed, I retain all copyrights to the image create according to UK copyright laws.
  • I do not claim any copyright on the character designs you supply as reference, including written descriptions, unless the character you’re wanted illustrated is already owned by me.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, I retain the right to use the artwork I create for self promotion and portfolio purposes.
  • NOT FOR COMMERCIAL USE, if you would like to use these for commercial purposes, please state that upon enquiry as there is a £250 GBP copyright fee for you to obtain the right for commercial use.**

REFUNDS:

  • Before work has begun you may request half of the 33% deposit upon cancellation of the commission. Once work has started the 33% deposit will be non-refundable.*
  • Once I have initiated work on the line art, or the sketched concept has been approved by yourself, on this commission 50% of the commission price will be non-refundable.*
  • Upon completion of the line art and/or the initiation of colouring this commission has begun the 75% of the total cost of the commission will be non refundable.*
  • Upon completion of this commission, prior to approval from you, 100% of this commission will be non-refundable.*
  • In case of the unlikely event where I fail to initiate your commission within 200 days of your deposit being paid you will be entitled to a full refund of that deposit, should you wish to request one.

*All refunds are subject to my discretion. The percentages stated are to cover the time costs that I will have incurred creating the piece.
** I retain the right to increase this fee depending on the scale of the commercial use.
